As companies grow and expand it is critical to develop a new path for their public relations and marketing and efforts. Such was the case with Mountain Real Estate Group, which originally became part of the THO family over ten years ago. Originally based in the opportunistic financing market, the firm acquired a majority interest in a major real estate development company and was on the verge of making its first expansion, which resulted in the need for a full re-branding effort. While the company was keeping its name, it was clear that it was to become a ‘new’ Mountain Real Estate.
The resulting change demanded a re-branding of the company on an initial basis, a new website, and a media relations launch. Since then, there have been a series of campaigns that further pushed specific segments of the company into new markets. Components of the program have included logos, marketing brochures, new letterhead package, a redesign of the web site, an e-blast campaign and an on-going media relations campaign.
