Campaign: Integrated Campaign
When the program began more than 8 years ago, the integrated campaign for Lee & associates, a national commercial real estate firm, began with an intense public relations effort. Over the years, because of the firm’s goal that focused on explosive growth throughout the county, THO evolved the program to build thought leaders in every market segment: industrial, retail, multifamily, office and land. While media relations was the selected vehicle of choice to further push the firm’s expansion efforts on a national basis, other tools were added to their arsenal.
In addition, the campaign added specific components, such as targeted advertising, a strong social media campaign that included on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube. Each site was specifically tailored and designed to match Lee’s image while still appealing to its potential clients. As part of its social media initiative, THO also monitors each site, posts corporate and transactional news regularly and continues to promote efforts to build and expand their online fan base.
Recent analysis shows 552 media placements in one year alone, which resulted in approximately 21 million impressions at a cost of $.008 per impression. THO’s integrated campaign and strong media relations outreach are considered key drivers in supporting and expanding regional and national exposure for the firm.
